this is the point in the series where i start to get really
jealous....not about Ben...more about the location...the girls are jetted to
Puerto Rico. Bitches.
Nicki
gets the first date card. who else is so over them jetting off in helicopters?
i'm pretty sure if you get on this show, you will be on a helicopter at some
point during the show. Ben reminds us that Nicki is the one that is divorced, I’m
interested to see how often that comes up! Ben’s idea for this date is to walk
around Puerto Rico, it’s a lovely day….and then it starts to POUR! And Ben is
so cliché pulling her aside and making out with her. They hop into a store to
buy some dry clothes. Watching Ben shop is adorable, he wants white threads,
with his latin swagger, he's adorkable...They come across a wedding, both
expressing how nervous and excited they are to maybe be in that position in
just a short amount of time. Their date ends with them sitting in the coolest
chair ever (right!) sitting out (ben's hair is frizzing by the minute!) they
really discuss Nick’s previous marriage, and how she is ready now to fall in
love again.

The
girls are forced (yes from my point of view) forced to play baseball. I would
be TERRIBLE at this, I think a guy would fall OUT of love watching me try to be
coordinate and still look cute while on TV.
Chris
Harrison shows up, he NEVER comes to a date! The girls are playing for a
romantic beach party with Ben. They are split into two teams, and one woman has
to play on both teams (meaning she will get to go to the beach party no matter
what) and he chose my girl Lindzi! A really hope Blakley’s team wins (also side
bar, I feel bad I said mean things about her in the beginning of this season,
she’s starting to grow on me, not to be with ben…but as a person she’s not so
bad) Courtney’s Red team wins…Boo…and then Blakley freaks out. And then winning
team jumps into a helicopter (see another helicopter!) and the losing team has
to go home on a ghetto looking school bus. Ben gives my girl Kaci B a rose
(which I think she really needed, just as some reassurance!) they are so cute
together! Courtney steals him away, and mentions skinny dipping, and of course
like any grown man he’s interested. Ewww.
Elyse
has her first one on one date: let’s find love somewhere private
Now
she gets to take something fancy, their own yacht! Elyse describes everything
she gave up to come and find love. I think she’s forgetting that it’s not the
person that most deserves to be here, but the one that has the connection with
Ben. At dinner, Ben grills her a bit about her true intentions…and Elyse seems
to say all the wrong things. She isn’t really convincing me that she wants to
be with Ben, she wasn’t love and to stay on the show, but I’m not convinced it’s
for him. I don’t see their relationship progressing too much further. Annddd….Ben
feels the same way, he decides not to give her a rose. Annnd another one bites
the dust…AND THEN HE DROPS THE ROSE IN THE OCEAN, OHH BRUTAL!
And
now the worst part of this episode, Courtney waiting for Ben outside his room
(aren’t there rules that you can’t see Ben and go to his room?? Damn you ABC
for letting this happen to increase ratings!) I will say, I’m sure Ben WANTS to
do this whole skinny dipping thing…but he seems really nervous about it, for a
second at least. I hate her so much, but her bra’s cute….and then they are
naked! And this is the portion of the evening where my boyfriend chimes in that
Courtney is playing this “game” really smart and she should “win”….which starts
a fight about how this is not a game, and if we were on the show he would not
pick me, because I wouldn’t be skinny dipping with him in Puerto Rico…no one is
going to win this battle…

Why are you getting rid of Jennifer? And keeping Emily, who keeps talking about
Courtney every time you are alone?!?!? I am super upset by this!

I hate Ben. I missed the baseball part of the show, but I hate Blakely for his wife (which you pointed out). I hate Courtney. I loved Jennifer and I like Lindzi, so therefore I really hope she doesn't win because she is going to have to watch these clips of Ben & Courtney.
That's all. This might have been my last epiosde. I'm so disgusted.
I hope Courtney gets axed next week. The show gives her too much time, she's completely annoying. Ben is a total dork, and not really attractive. Which maybe makes the show fun to watch, because it's so unrealistic for these mostly decent looking girls all vying for his attention. And Emily Maynard!!! Oh here we go!
